Les purificateurs d&#039;eau domestiques \u00e0 usage direct se divisent principalement en purificateurs d&#039;eau par osmose inverse (OI) et par ultrafiltration. Les purificateurs d&#039;eau par ultrafiltration filtrent l&#039;eau du robinet gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pression de l&#039;eau. Leur structure est simple et leur taux de d\u00e9faillance est faible\u00a0; les pannes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dues \u00e0 un colmatage de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant. Les purificateurs d&#039;eau par OI ont une structure complexe. Aujourd&#039;hui, nous allons aborder leur principe de fonctionnement et leur d\u00e9pannage.<\/p><p>L&#039;eau du robinet p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant en coton PP de 5 microns de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. La sortie d&#039;eau du coton PP est connect\u00e9e au pressostat basse pression, puis p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant UDF de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, puis dans l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant en coton PP de 1 micron de la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Elle passe ensuite par l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne d&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;eau, puis par la pompe \u00e0 eau. Une fois pressuris\u00e9e par la pompe, l&#039;eau p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse.<\/p><p>La membrane d&#039;osmose inverse s\u00e9pare l&#039;eau en eau pure et en eaux us\u00e9es. L&#039;eau pure passe par le clapet anti-retour, puis par le pressostat haute pression, puis par le r\u00e9servoir sous pression, et enfin par le robinet de sortie d&#039;eau. Les eaux us\u00e9es issues de la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse sont raccord\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne et \u00e9vacu\u00e9es par la canalisation.<\/p><p>Lorsque l&#039;eau du robinet est ouverte, le pressostat basse pression d\u00e9tecte la pression de l&#039;eau. Lorsque la pression est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,01 MPa, le pressostat basse pression s&#039;active, le circuit de commande est activ\u00e9, l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne d&#039;arriv\u00e9e d&#039;eau est activ\u00e9e et ouverte, et la pompe \u00e0 eau se met en marche, pressurisant l&#039;eau \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e de la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse. Lorsque l&#039;eau pure est produite et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le r\u00e9servoir sous pression, la pression augmente progressivement. Lorsque le pressostat haute pression d\u00e9tecte une pression de 0,25 MPa, il coupe l&#039;alimentation \u00e9lectrique et la production d&#039;eau s&#039;arr\u00eate.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9pannage<\/h2><p>1. Au d\u00e9marrage, la machine effectue un rin\u00e7age et produit de l&#039;eau fr\u00e9quemment. Cela est d\u00fb au fait que le pressostat basse pression d\u00e9tecte une pression d&#039;eau instable. Lorsque la pompe \u00e0 eau fonctionne, si la pression d&#039;eau est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,001 MPa, le pressostat basse pression s&#039;\u00e9teint, la pompe \u00e0 eau s&#039;arr\u00eate et la pression d&#039;eau repasse alors au-dessus de 0,01 MPa.<\/p><p>Dans ce cas, v\u00e9rifiez d&#039;abord l&#039;arriv\u00e9e d&#039;eau, puis l&#039;eau apr\u00e8s le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant en PP pour v\u00e9rifier si la pression d&#039;eau est basse en raison d&#039;un blocage de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant. Si l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant est bloqu\u00e9, remplacez-le. Si la pression de l&#039;eau du robinet est basse, il faut l&#039;augmenter. Si cela ne vous convient pas, connectez les deux fils du pressostat basse pression pour d\u00e9marrer la machine.<\/p><p>2. La machine indique toujours un manque d&#039;eau et ne d\u00e9marre pas.<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, v\u00e9rifiez si l&#039;eau du robinet est coup\u00e9e, si l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant est bloqu\u00e9 et si les fils de l&#039;interrupteur basse pression sont en mauvais contact ou tombent.<\/p><p>3. La machine indique qu&#039;elle produit de l&#039;eau, mais le r\u00e9servoir n&#039;est jamais plein.<\/p><p>Dans ce cas, v\u00e9rifiez d&#039;abord si la machine contient des eaux us\u00e9es. S&#039;il n&#039;y en a pas, cela signifie que l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne des eaux us\u00e9es est bloqu\u00e9e, ce qui provoque \u00e9galement le blocage de la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse. Dans ce cas, l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne des eaux us\u00e9es et la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Si le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eaux us\u00e9es pendant la production d&#039;eau est le m\u00eame que celui pendant le rin\u00e7age, c&#039;est parce que l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne d&#039;eaux us\u00e9es est enti\u00e8rement conductrice et qu&#039;elle doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Si les eaux us\u00e9es sont normales, v\u00e9rifiez si le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau pure de la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse est normal. Si le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau pure est normal, v\u00e9rifiez si la vanne \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique du r\u00e9servoir sous pression est ouverte et si le r\u00e9servoir sous pression a perdu de la pression.<\/p><p>Si les eaux us\u00e9es sont normales, mais que le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau pure de la membrane est tr\u00e8s faible, v\u00e9rifiez l&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;eau de la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse. Si le volume d&#039;eau \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e est normal, la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse est obstru\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e. Si le volume d&#039;eau \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e est faible, v\u00e9rifiez la pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e et de sortie de la pompe \u00e0 eau. Si les pressions d&#039;entr\u00e9e et de sortie sont identiques, la pompe \u00e0 eau n&#039;est pas pressuris\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e. Si la pompe \u00e0 eau fonctionne normalement, v\u00e9rifiez si l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant et l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne d&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;eau sont obstru\u00e9s.<\/p><p>4. Cela montre que l\u2019eau est pleine, mais les eaux us\u00e9es continuent de couler.<\/p><p>Cette situation est due au fait que l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne d&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;eau n&#039;est pas ferm\u00e9e et qu&#039;elle doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e.<\/p><p>5. La machine commence \u00e0 produire de l&#039;eau \u00e0 plusieurs reprises lorsque le r\u00e9servoir d&#039;eau est plein.<\/p><p>V\u00e9rifiez s&#039;il y a une fuite d&#039;eau ou une surpression entre l&#039;arriv\u00e9e d&#039;eau pure et le robinet. Dans le cas contraire, remplacez le pressostat haute pression et le clapet anti-retour.<\/p><p>6. La machine indique toujours que l&#039;eau est pleine, mais il n&#039;y a pas d&#039;eau dans le r\u00e9servoir sous pression.<\/p><p>Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 une panne du pressostat haute pression ou de la carte \u00e9lectronique. D\u00e9branchez les deux fils du pressostat haute pression et reconnectez-les. Si la machine d\u00e9marre, remplacez le pressostat haute pression. Si elle ne d\u00e9marre toujours pas, remplacez la carte \u00e9lectronique.<\/p><p>7. La machine ne r\u00e9pond pas apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 mise sous tension.<\/p><p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une panne de la carte m\u00e8re ou de l&#039;alimentation. Vous pouvez connecter directement les deux fils de l&#039;alimentation \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 eau pour v\u00e9rifier son fonctionnement. Si la pompe fonctionne, l&#039;alimentation est normale et la carte m\u00e8re doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e. Si la pompe \u00e0 eau ne fonctionne pas, l&#039;alimentation est d\u00e9fectueuse et doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e.<\/p><p>8. La valeur TDS ne diminue pas apr\u00e8s l\u2019installation de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant.<\/p><p>V\u00e9rifiez si les raccordements d&#039;eau pure et d&#039;eaux us\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse sont invers\u00e9s. Dans le cas contraire, la membrane d&#039;osmose inverse n&#039;est pas install\u00e9e correctement\u00a0; r\u00e9installez-la.<\/p><p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span
