Los purificadores de agua por ultrafiltraci\u00f3n filtran el agua del grifo utilizando la presi\u00f3n del agua del grifo. Tienen una estructura sencilla y una baja tasa de fallos; cuando ocurren, se deben principalmente a la obstrucci\u00f3n del elemento filtrante. Los purificadores de agua por OI tienen una estructura compleja. Hoy, hablaremos sobre el principio de funcionamiento y la soluci\u00f3n de problemas de los purificadores de agua por OI.<\/p><p>El agua del grifo entra en el elemento filtrante de algod\u00f3n PP de 5 micras de la primera etapa. La salida del algod\u00f3n PP se conecta al presostato de baja presi\u00f3n, luego entra en el elemento filtrante UDF de la segunda etapa y luego en el elemento filtrante de algod\u00f3n PP de 1 micra de la tercera etapa. Despu\u00e9s, entra en el elemento filtrante de la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de entrada de agua y, finalmente, en la bomba de agua. Una vez que la bomba presuriza el agua, esta entra en la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa.<\/p><p>La membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa separa el agua en agua pura y aguas residuales. El agua pura entra en la v\u00e1lvula de retenci\u00f3n, luego en el presostato, luego en el tanque de presi\u00f3n y, finalmente, en el grifo de salida. Las aguas residuales de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa se conectan a la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de aguas residuales y se descargan a trav\u00e9s de la tuber\u00eda de aguas residuales.<\/p><p>Al abrir el grifo, el presostato de baja presi\u00f3n detecta la presi\u00f3n del agua. Si la presi\u00f3n supera los 0,01 MPa, se activa el presostato de baja presi\u00f3n, se activa el circuito de control, se activa la electrov\u00e1lvula de entrada de agua y la bomba de agua se pone en marcha, presurizando el agua hacia la entrada de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa. Cuando se produce agua pura y entra en el tanque de presi\u00f3n, la presi\u00f3n aumenta gradualmente. Tras detectar una presi\u00f3n de 0,25 MPa, el presostato de alta presi\u00f3n corta el suministro el\u00e9ctrico y la m\u00e1quina deja de producir agua.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n de problemas<\/h2><p>1. Al arrancar, la m\u00e1quina descarga y produce agua con frecuencia. Esto se debe a que el presostato de baja presi\u00f3n detecta una presi\u00f3n de agua inestable. Cuando la bomba est\u00e1 funcionando, si la presi\u00f3n del agua es inferior a 0,001 MPa, el presostato de baja presi\u00f3n se desactiva, la bomba deja de funcionar y, a continuaci\u00f3n, la presi\u00f3n del agua vuelve a superar los 0,01 MPa.<\/p><p>En este caso, primero revise la entrada de agua y luego el agua despu\u00e9s del filtro PP de la primera etapa para ver si la presi\u00f3n del agua es baja debido a una obstrucci\u00f3n. Si el filtro est\u00e1 obstruido, reempl\u00e1celo. Si la presi\u00f3n del agua del grifo es baja, debe aumentarla. Si no es posible aumentar la presi\u00f3n, conecte los dos cables del presostato de baja presi\u00f3n para que la m\u00e1quina arranque.<\/p><p>2. La m\u00e1quina siempre muestra falta de agua y no arranca.<\/p><p>Para solucionar esto, verifique si el grifo de agua est\u00e1 cerrado, si el elemento filtrante est\u00e1 bloqueado y si los cables del presostato de baja presi\u00f3n hacen mal contacto o se est\u00e1n cayendo.<\/p><p>3. La m\u00e1quina muestra que est\u00e1 produciendo agua, pero el agua nunca est\u00e1 llena.<\/p><p>En este caso, primero verifique si la m\u00e1quina tiene aguas residuales. Si no hay aguas residuales, se debe a que la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de aguas residuales est\u00e1 bloqueada, lo que tambi\u00e9n provoca el bloqueo de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa. En este caso, es necesario reemplazar la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de aguas residuales y la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa.<\/p><p>Si la salida de aguas residuales durante la producci\u00f3n de agua es la misma que durante el lavado, es porque la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de aguas residuales est\u00e1 completamente conductora y es necesario reemplazarla.<\/p><p>Si el agua residual es normal, verifique si la salida de agua pura de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa es normal. Si la salida de agua pura es normal, verifique si la v\u00e1lvula de bola del tanque de presi\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta y si este ha perdido presi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Si el agua residual es normal, pero la salida de agua pura del puerto de la membrana es muy peque\u00f1a, revise la entrada de agua de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa. Si el volumen de agua en la entrada es normal, la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa est\u00e1 obstruida y debe reemplazarse. Si el volumen de agua en la entrada es peque\u00f1o, revise la presi\u00f3n de entrada y salida de la bomba de agua. Si la presi\u00f3n de entrada y salida de la bomba de agua es la misma, la bomba de agua no tiene funci\u00f3n de presurizaci\u00f3n y debe reemplazarse. Si la bomba de agua es normal, revise si el elemento filtrante y la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de entrada de agua est\u00e1n obstruidos.<\/p><p>4. Muestra que el agua est\u00e1 llena, pero las aguas residuales siguen fluyendo.<\/p><p>Esta situaci\u00f3n se debe a que la v\u00e1lvula solenoide de entrada de agua no est\u00e1 cerrada y es necesario reemplazarla.<\/p><p>5. La m\u00e1quina comienza a producir agua repetidamente cuando el dep\u00f3sito est\u00e1 lleno.<\/p><p>Verifique si hay fugas de agua o si hay alivio de presi\u00f3n desde el puerto de agua pura hasta el grifo. De no ser as\u00ed, reemplace el presostato de alta presi\u00f3n y la v\u00e1lvula de retenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>6. La m\u00e1quina siempre muestra que el agua est\u00e1 llena, pero no hay agua en el tanque de presi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Esto se debe a que el presostato de alta presi\u00f3n o la placa de la computadora est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados. Desconecte los dos cables del presostato de alta presi\u00f3n y con\u00e9ctelos. Si la m\u00e1quina arranca, reemplace el presostato de alta presi\u00f3n. Si sigue sin arrancar, reemplace la placa de la computadora.<\/p><p>7. La m\u00e1quina no responde despu\u00e9s de encenderse.<\/p><p>Esto se debe a una falla en la placa de la computadora o en la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n. Puede conectar directamente los dos cables de la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n a la bomba de agua para verificar si funciona. Si la bomba funciona, significa que la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n es normal y debe reemplazarse la placa de la computadora. Si la bomba de agua no funciona, la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 da\u00f1ada y debe reemplazarse.<\/p><p>8. El valor de TDS no disminuye despu\u00e9s de instalar el elemento filtrante.<\/p><p>Compruebe si el agua pura y las aguas residuales despu\u00e9s de la membrana de \u00f3smosis inversa est\u00e1n conectadas al rev\u00e9s.
